This project concerns the creation of a peri-urban recreational area (103 Hectares) and a theme park (32 Hectares) located at the edge of the Etang de Berre. It is part of a system of peripheral parks scaled according to the size of the agglomeration and its natural sites.
The architectural structure and landscaping of the future park will be organised around the central theme of memory and modernity.
