The development project of the Hotel La Voile d´Or seeks to reposition it as an emblem of the St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula. The landscaping approach, provided by the Faragou agency, concerns the creation of a landscaped facade along the quays, a swimming pool area in the extension of the suites, the creation of an exotic freshness garden to the south of the villa , as well as the reconstruction of the rock base to the north of the villa.
The Faragou agency team is currently working on the building permit.
