The IKEA and Bouygues real estate project is located in the lower section of la Plaine du Var. The objective is to position Saint-Isidore as Eco valley’s urban district, while at the same time respecting the continuity of the current mixed urbanisation of Saint Isidore Nord and the environmental context.
