The Faragou Agency is participating in the requalification of the town of Beausoleil. To respond to this project, it uses its urban know-how and the management of public spaces.
The development project for avenue de Verdun concerns both the requalification of the entrance to the town of Beausoleil and at the same time the enhancement of its heritage.
The strength of the project is to be based on three sequences that meet the challenges of town planning. The first sequence concerns the very entrance to the city which acts as a showcase for Beausoleil. The second sequence targets residential activities and the third sequence focuses on downtown urban activities such as the creation of an open square and a terrace. The various developments of the axis are punctuated by viewpoints that open onto the sea.
