The Marenda Lacan project in Antibes represents an important strategic challenge for the development of the city, and in particular for its commercial development. The architectural programme integrates two central plots which become two closed gardens, alluding to Provence and to the French Riviera. The design of the external spaces includes the creation of planted roof terraces at different levels of the buildings as well as vegetated roofs.
