The project also aims to provide a tailor-made pre-cultivated solution, including a plant palette promoting biodiversity with an invisible irrigation system.
Selection of the vegetable palette : Agence Faragou / Le Prieuré
Carried out by the Faragou Agency, the floristic survey of the local pastures made it possible to define the ideal plant palette to integrate the building into the valley and promote biodiversity. The 20 years of experience in greening the building and the feedback from observations of plants in roofing conditions, have enabled the Priory to guide the agency in the final selection of plants and in the technique of implementing the solution. of revegetation.
Implementation :
– Installation on an anti-root waterproofing membrane
– No particular adaptation of rainwater evacuations
– Arrangement of sterile areas with a separation device by brackets
– Installation carried out on the basis of dimensioning and layout plans specifically produced for each project by the Le Prieuré expert design office.
