The ZAC Roure program is a major urban operation of the City of Grasse which includes both a center of activities and a business hotel, a clinic, a perfume museum, a center administration, a large brewery, a hotel, housing in the lower part.
Breathtaking view of the bay of Villefranche, this contemporary villa has a garden organized in terraces. The landscaped approach recreates the effect of a theater on the sea. The water from the swimming pool, highlighted by a ceramic wall, supporting a tropical garden, flows into a set of pools opening onto the exceptional panorama. Four garden boards alternate and highlight the horizon.
The project plans to recreate a prestigious hotel establishment, including both the restoration of the existing building and the creation of a garden, a sort of gateway from the sea or by land. Designed in hollow, it is made up of Mediterranean species, it emphasizes the landscape base of the Fort and enhances the exceptional natural setting of the place.
It all started with an idea : to recreate around this famous Art Deco palace, created in 1929 in the pine forest of Juan-les-Pins by billionaire Franck Jay Gould, the spirit of the “modern garden”. The landscaping project foresees a main entrance to the building in the north with ponds, waterways and planting of an exuberant Mediterranean garden. To the south, the creation of a garden inspired by the “roaring twenties” facing the sea with swimming pool, promenade decorated with arbors and a set of mirror facades reflecting the garden or the panorama.
Located in the heart of one of the most famous botanical parks in the world, the large Guangzhou Garden hosts the exhibition greenhouses. This project is ambitious because it must not only embody the image of Gangzhou as a modern and international metropolis, but also reflect culture, life science and contemporary art.
Limit the extent of the land to create a large park in which to play tennis. Such is the will of the project to favor a weak footprint in order to design a park offered to visitors, athletes and spectators. The competition offers a grouping of pitches by 4, as well as an overlay of pitches. The project also provides for the establishment of a club house and a restaurant in the very heart of the site, overlooking the grounds. The landscape bias concerns the main axis which acts as a common thread crossing the site.
The Horizon Croisette real estate program offers accommodation with 3 to 5 rooms with high-end services, taking advantage of large surfaces and large terraces for the top floors. The project promises an exceptional domain inserted in the heart of a landscaped park planted with local species. Its advantage is based on the panoramic sea view, breathtaking over the bay of Cannes, from the Lerins Islands to the Estérel massif.
The Cap de Nice property is an integral part of the landscape unit of the harbor from Villefranche-sur-mer between Cap Ferrat and Mont Boron. The impetus of the project consists of reconstituting the site as it was in its initial situation. This reconstruction is both architectural and landscape.
The program concerns the construction of an exhibition hall in Gignac. The main characteristics of this project are to integrate this piece of urbanity and its architecture on the scale of the large landscape of the plain, to take into account all the links that it will have to maintain with the activity zones and the village. de Gignac and to assert its personality to announce its primary function as a public space.
The preliminary landscape feasibility study leads to a global reflection on the understanding and modification of a territory. The project plans to create in the town of Mandelieu-la-Napoule an ultimate waste storage center for an operation of 30 years which will accommodate, in a valley developed for this purpose, 9 million m3 of waste. The project also includes a waste sorting and pre-treatment plant, occupying an area of approximately 3 hectares.
