The Leo Rousson school, in the town of Nîmes, is getting a makeover and is reviewing its layout with the ambition to achieve a quality of space and organization for a rich, flexible education and evolving over time. This project will achieve the overarching goal of academic success and educational.
Providing a new function can be the opportunity to come back to weave links through an ambitious development project which, well beyond the insertion of a new wastewater treatment plant, takes into account the site itself. and creates a driving project which gives back its letters of nobility to the Jean Marais theater.
The ZAC Roure program is a major urban operation of the City of Grasse which includes both a center of activities and a business hotel, a clinic, a perfume museum, a center administration, a large brewery, a hotel, housing in the lower part.
Limit the extent of the land to create a large park in which to play tennis. Such is the will of the project to favor a weak footprint in order to design a park offered to visitors, athletes and spectators. The competition offers a grouping of pitches by 4, as well as an overlay of pitches. The project also provides for the establishment of a club house and a restaurant in the very heart of the site, overlooking the grounds. The landscape bias concerns the main axis which acts as a common thread crossing the site.
The program concerns the construction of an exhibition hall in Gignac. The main characteristics of this project are to integrate this piece of urbanity and its architecture on the scale of the large landscape of the plain, to take into account all the links that it will have to maintain with the activity zones and the village. de Gignac and to assert its personality to announce its primary function as a public space.
The public space construction project concerns the perimeter of the old center of Toulon. The definition and participation in the urban rehabilitation project concern three aspects of public space : the voids of the city (streets, squares, etc.), urban animation (sculptures, historical markings) and the creation of a specific street furniture.
The Poste Immo project follows on the one hand an urban renewal process, and on the other hand a social policy for housing and the development of public services. The project thus restructures, in the heart of the dense urban area, a 2188m² site which is currently poorly qualified and has high building potential.
This study affirms the desire to include the heart of the village in a new urban dynamic. The project must be conceived in the thickness defined by the public spaces, in order to create a new facade to the street, to connect the different functions and public spaces, and to highlight the openings on the wide landscape.
The residential area of San Peire in Roquebrune-sur-Argens is located in the heart of the coastal district of des Issambres. As part of the housing development and landscaping of outside spaces, this project concerns the creation of a square or a long esplanade that will link a boulevard with the residential area and provide access to the sea front promenade and to the shore.
The project reflects an urban approach combined with a strong landscaping element. In keeping with the global perception and the history of the site we will link the upper esplanade with the port and the sea, thus strengthening its ties with the neighbourhood.
